To be honest, I`ve always suspected that the contingent of women we`re talking about are quite surprised by their own exposed id – I don`t think 60`s free love or third-wave feminism imagined AFBB or any other such mechanism would by the guiding force of the SMP. What I think they imagined was some kind of bonobo-type society where mating decisions were more or less random and egalitarian. I believe `Sailor`s law of female journalism`applies here.
But, yes, men are just starting to figure it out.

Heh, I just learned today that HUS considers me “married and disgruntled”, yet, I’ve never posted a single negative thing about my pretty excellent marriage. In fact, the story of how we got together was a featured HUS story at one point… if its not deleted yet.
